Orders over $100 are eligible for the 5% shipping rebate. You have to enter the coupon code 'SHIP' to redeem your 5%

We do ship APO / FPO

Credit cards, on international orders, are not accepted if we cannot verify ownership and/or issuing bank details. We may contact you for further documentation.
International money orders or wire transfer for all non-verifiable orders.
Important: we have no control over import duty, taxes and fee's in your country.

UPS charges us $5.00 for address corrections.

The information you provide is NEVER sold or shared outside our company. We keep your information only for order processing and to contact you if needed. You will never receive  unsolicited emails from us. That is our promise. (we hate spam as much as you do)

Although we are certainly happy to take your phone orders at any time, we encourage all our customers to place the order online first.

At checkout, select 'Payment by check' as your method of payment.
Enter check number '1111' and complete checkout.
This will place your order in our system, speeds up the order process and prevents errors.

Call in (toll free 1 877 LOCKITT) with your order number and credit card information.

Following these 3 easy steps will also give you access to the online special offers and Shipping Coupon. It also provides you with an immediate order confirmation and a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Place you order online first.
At checkout, choose 'Payment by Check' as your method of payment.

This will place the order in our system and gives us the chance to reserve certain items before they are sold out or contact you if there is a problem with one of the products you ordered.

Mail in your check (US or Canada orders only) or money order. If you mail in cash, you will do so at your own risk. Make sure to mark the order number on the payment.

Returns and Refunds

We believe in the quality of our products and complete customer satisfaction.

All sales are covered under our 365-day guarantee.  We are only satisfied if you are. 
However, these are the rules we go by:

  1. Refunds only on new and unused product in the original packaging.
    No refunds on sale and discontinued items (Store Credit only)    .
  2. A $5.00 processing fee + 7%** restocking fee will be applied, on non warranty returns, unless the error is clearly ours.
    The restocking fee can be waived if product is exchanged. Shipping charges may apply.
  3. No product will be accepted for refund or store credit if in any way used, damaged or showing signs of handling.
    All returned products have to be complete and in it's new original packaging.
  4. Shipping cost is not refundable.
    Return shipping to us, is never reimbursed unless we clearly made the error.
    In the event of an error on our part, we will issue a UPS call tag or send you a pre-paid return envelope. Defective materials are not considered an error on our part. We handle and inspect every product manually before it leaves our premises.
  5. It is best to previously contact us, by email, before returning a product. Pack the product well en ship it back to us including all extra's. Please make sure to add a copy of your order so we can find you in our data base.

For obvious hygiene reasons, items like balaclava's, face masks and other thermal clothing cannot be returned.

* After 30 days, you have to contact the importer or manufacturer. We will be happy to assist with contact information
** Why restocking fee?  This is to cover our credit card charges (we are charged processing fees twice) and packing materials

Not sure about buying online?

Most internet companies are actually pretty safe to do business with.
In fact, handing over your credit card in a restaurant or gas station could have more risk involved.  Here are some rules I go by myself:

  • Use common sense and see if you can find some information on the company you are planning to do business with. Telephone number and a US address is a must.

  • Preferably use a low limit credit card with online statement access.

  • Check your activity online daily.
